CSS to make your blog Simpler and Prettier
All you need to do is find the CSS section on your blogging platform. On blogger it is currently in Customise > Advanced. Once you have found it simply copy and paste the codes you want to use there.

.PageList {text-align:center !important;} .PageList li {float:none !important; display:inline !important;}
Random Tips
Make sure your sidebar widgets are all aligned together and remove excess clutter to create a simpler more easy to focus on blog.
Quite similar to the last one remove any excess gadgets and widgets with are not needed. This overall will create more white space on your blog assuming your space is actually white allowing the reader to focus more on the text whilst reading a post.
